Where to Get OpenSSH 7.2p2-3?

I can download and install 7.2p2 for Ubuntu Linux, but there does not seem
to be a way to upgrade to 7.2p2-3. Please advise.

What version of Ubuntu are you using?

-3 is a packaging revision, not something you should ask the upstream
development list about, anyway. ubuntu-***@lists.ubuntu.com would be
a better place to ask this kind of question, with some more details.
