Another error in the announcement?

Hi,

The release-7.1p2 file indicates that the issue with roaming was
introduced in 5.4, but it was actually in 5.3. Was this a mistake?

I checked the source from the 5.3p1 tarball, and the roaming support is
there and UseRoaming defaults to "on."

If you check the source of 5.3p1 tarball, there is UseRoaming option,
but the option does not do anything. It is just parsed, but does not
modify the behavior of the client, unlike the later versions.
